 I am going to talk about the social medias effect´s in the teenagers.

- The social medias are internet web sites, or google aplications. Not every o any social media is dangerous or safe sites, but whichever is dangerous or safe we always have to be careful and attentive about- what are we searching?, what are our intentions( no matter what you want to do, or what you are doing)?, why are doing what we are doing? and lots of inself questions to verify is it is good or not to be doing what we are doing. There is always going to be some tentation to do something that is not right, cause the human its going to prefer attempt the rules that are already established on our life, limits etc of structure. That doesn't mean that if we feel curiosity about something it is going to be a bad curiosity or an inappropriate curiosity. All of this goes in hand to social medias cause every action whether is good or not could be use in a bad or good way, including to publish contents to the outside world.

Social media does not affect all teenagers in the same way. Social media use is linked to healthy and unhealthy effects on mental health. These effects vary from one adolescent to another. The effects of social media on mental health depend on factors such as the following:

1: What a teenager sees and does on the Internet.

2: The amount of time you stay online.

3: Psychological factors, such as maturity level and pre-existing mental illnesses.

4: Personal circumstances, such as cultural, social and economic factors.

I now i been doing this chart long but there is something else i want to say, be careful with who you chat or talk in the internet, cause the internet world is full of back people that dont have good intentions, or that want to abuse, hurt, etc, you and other innocent people. I am not an expert cause i dont even have social medias, but i now the effects that can cause the bad use of social medias in a person mind and heart.

Finally i want to say that i hope this information could be useful in your daily life.
